Appointed Board of Advisors include:
John Gorman

John Gorman is the Founder and Chairman of Nightingale Partners. He led the first Opportunity Zone fund to invest in social determinants of health interventions with health insurers, local government, and provider organizations. His focus is on Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Accountable Care Act strategy, including governance and health equity. Mr. Gorman is the Founder and Former Chairman at Gorman Health Group (GHG), where he led the development of the industry’s leading consulting practice and several entrepreneurial ventures in government health programs for 22 years. In 1996, Mr. Gorman was appointed by President Clinton as the first Assistant to the Director of Health Care Financing Administration’s Office of Managed Care.

Ken Goulet

Ken Goulet is a senior-level health care executive with 30+ years of proven experience in growing and leading large health plan organizations. He has significant experience managing multi-billion-dollar P&L and consumer-focused service operations organizations. Mr. Goulet semi-retired in 2015 and has served as an investor, advisor, and board member of several growth companies and a board director for public companies over the last several years. Mr. Goulet served as the Executive Vice President of Anthem Inc. and President of the company's Commercial and Specialty Business division – the largest Commercial Business Division in the United States. Before joining Anthem, Mr. Goulet spent 23 years at CIGNA Corporation, where he held many management, sales, and operations positions.

Jimmy Lee

Jimmy Lee is a dynamic healthcare visionary with a hunger for continuous healthcare ecosystem improvement. He has held significant P&L accountability for critical Anthem multi-billion-dollar divisions, including managing $35 billion of premium and 17 million members. Mr. Lee engaged in M&A due diligence on multiple entities, directed thousands of employees with continuous Best in Class Associate Engagement Survey results, and led strategic business development and execution efforts while consistently exceeding goals and expectations. Jimmy held progressively more accountable Anthem, Inc. positions, including President of Individual Division, Senior Vice President of Commercial Segments, and GM of UniCare, Inc. He has led three significant P&L turnarounds of UniCare and two other Anthem businesses resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in operating improvements throughout his career.

Adam Miller

Adam Miller is the Co-Founder and CEO of Centauri Health Solutions. He has more than 25 years of experience in executive health care roles with expertise in strategy, product development, sales, marketing, distribution, and operations. His combined healthcare experience includes Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial programs, pharmaceutical services, medical devices, and health care information technology-related businesses. Previously, Mr. Miller served at CVS Caremark as Executive Vice President of Medicare, WellCare Health Plans’ Senior Vice President of National Medicare, and UnitedHealth Group as CEO of their Arizona Medicaid business.

Manish Naik

Manish Naik is a senior-level healthcare executive with experience driving growth and improving business units' performance in times of significant change and accelerated growth. His career spans consulting, financial services, healthcare, and operating and P&L roles at small companies and Fortune 50 companies. Mr. Naik currently leads Cigna's Individual and Family Plan segment. He is responsible for the overall management, growth, and leadership of the $2B+ revenue business that offers individual medical and dental insurance to over 500,000 customers across the U.S.
