When pressing the personal help button on the pendant, wristband or base unit, an emergency alert is sent to a special senior sensitivity trained monitoring professional. Fall detection pendants automatically end an alert if a fall occurs* and a monitoring professional is there to respond.

A monitoring professional will communicate with members via the two-way voice feature to confirm the emergency and arrange for help. In the event of an emergency, agents can contact loved ones on the members behalf.

We are offering benefits via the Benefits Pro Portal (where members can spend their Flex Allowance on PERS) and via funded benefits where the benefits are fully funded by the plan and the member can merely opt in.

NationsFlex Administration

How It Works:
  • Benefits are offered through member allowances and the PERS devices are purchased using that Flex balance.
  • Members are charged an annual fee for the device against their Flex balance.
  • Nations will charge the first payment at the time of ordering.
  • The member receives a 60-day evaluation period, 3 follow-up visits, and a 3-year comprehensive warranty to ensure quality of care and total satisfaction.

How It Works:
  • Benefits are offered through the Nations CRM only. Members must call in to use their benefit.
  • The benefit covers the cost of the device and accessory available to the member.
  • There is no out-of-pocket cost for any of the devices offered through this administration option.
  • Members can cancel at any time and our team will send out a return box.
