Comorbidities Linked to Hearing Loss

Over the past decade or so, various studies have identified a link between hearing loss and conditions such as cognitive decline and Alzheimer's disease, falls among seniors, depression, diabetes, and more. These links are often referred to as comorbidities, which can be defined as the presence of two or more health conditions. They can have long-lasting effects.
