NationsBenefits® is pleased to announce and welcome Scott Parker as Chief Financial Officer and Sarah Petrucci as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Together, their areas of expertise help deliver on our goal of continually providing premier service and increased efficiencies to clients, members, colleagues, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
Mr. Parker brings over 30 years of financial experience to NationsBenefits. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a $9 billion revenue, logistics, and transportation company. Scott was the Company's principal financial officer during his tenure, overseeing all financial operations, including Accounting, Shared Services Organization, tax, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and investor relations.
Ms. Petrucci was formerly the Executive Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at PPD, now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific. While at PPD, she worked on key initiatives such as multiple finance deals, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and financial reporting. She was directly involved in the Company's successful 2020 IPO, the largest healthcare IPO on NASDAQ in over a decade, and its $17.4B sale to Thermo Fisher Scientific.
