NationsHearing Adds Over-the-Counter Benefit Management Services to its Offering and is Rebranding as NationsBenefitsTM

• NationsHearing will continue to provide a custom hearing aid benefit and hearing services program that’s focused on driving better outcomes to improve the quality of life through better hearing and decreasing costs related to associated comorbidities of hearing loss, which can ultimately lower overall healthcare spending.
• NationsOTC now provides CMS-compliant, over-the-counter benefits administration services to health plans seeking an affordable, comprehensive solution in supplemental OTC services and product fulfillment.

Further, with NationsOTC, members gain the convenience of receiving OTC medications, health- and wellness-related items, first-aid supplies, and qualifying items via mail order when purchasing online, via phone, or by catalog using their approved plan allowance. A robust formulary that includes hundreds of quality brand-name and generic products across all CMS-approved, OTC categories is included in the offering.

The company has partnered with InComm, the leading provider of OTC Network® supplemental benefit and wellness incentive cards in the U.S., to include a retail option that enables health plan members to purchase approved OTC items at participating nationwide retailers and select independent pharmacies. As a result, NationsOTC makes available the most robust OTC benefit program available in the industry.
